Your cushion is completely handmade using traditional textile techniques - either punch needle, fluffy tufting or hand embroidery. This means every piece has its own unique character and soul - just like your little one!

Hand-Dyed Perfection
Each piece from yarn colours to every piece of fabric is hand-dyed in small batches, creating beautiful, subtle variations in tone. Like snowflakes, no two pieces are exactly identical - and that's the beauty of it!

What this means for you:
  • Your cushion's colour may have gorgeous tonal depth and character
  • Slight variations between batches are normal and desirable
  • Screen settings can affect how colours appear online vs. in person

Every name is handcrafted, loop by loop (or tuft by tuft!), by skilled artisans. This time intensive process creates the beautiful texture your child will love!

For Punch Needle pieces:
  • Soft, plush loops create a refined, velvety texture
  • Slight variations in loop height and spacing are completely normal
  • Each letter has beautiful dimensional depth
For Tufted pieces:
  • Fluffy, shaggy texture with dramatic height
  • Variations in tuft density and length are natural
  • Bold, tactile finish with gorgeous depth

A Note on Screens
We photograph our products in natural light to show the truest colours possible. However, please note that:
  • Every screen displays colours slightly differently
  • Brightness settings affect colour perception
  • Hand-dyed fabrics have natural tonal variations
We recommend viewing our photos on multiple devices to get the best sense of colour!

Our Returns & Exchange Policy
Because each piece is custom-made with your child's name and handcrafted to order:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
  • Personal preference on colour (after ordering)
  • Natural handmade variations in stitching/tufting
  • Slight colour differences due to screen settings
  • Faint chalk/pencil marks (part of the process)
  • Natural characteristics of hand-dyed linen
  • Texture variations inherent to handmade techniques

We DO accept returns for:
  • Manufacturing defects (tears, stains, construction issues)
  • Incorrect personalisation (we made a mistake!)
  • Damage during shipping
